hurray your mega menu works

Engineer Andy is our “ray of sunshine”!

This is one of our engineers. We know him as Andy but he’s also known by other names, according to our customers. Mrs Wildey from Wakefield calls him a “ray of sunshine”! We know this because she told us in this lovely feedback we received this week:

“Andrew has called today on a job for a light to house entrance door. May I just say what a delight & diligent worker he is every time he visits whether to check security alarm or electrical concerns. He should be congratulated on bringing a ray of sunshine into the lives of those he meets. Hope this can be passed onto the management.”

This certainly was passed to the management because our MD reads all the feedback that we receive and we always pass that on to the engineers to give credit where it’s due.

And Mrs Wildey isn’t the only ‘Andy fan’; he’s also been called “lovely”, “polite”, “a credit to your company” and praised because he “did not wince when all my children were talking to him at once at a thousand decibels”!

Obviously we’re very proud to have Andy as part of the team but he’s not alone in being highly commended, just check out the other feedback we have received:

“Simon, who I spoke to on the phone, and Steve who did the work were both brilliant. Very professional”

“It was a pleasure to have Martin working with us, and he’s done a thoroughly good job.”

“Simon Cook was brilliant: he has given us the benefit of his considerable experience to come up with a cost-effective solution to what was becoming an enormous security problem for our business.”

“I would like to compliment your engineer Chris on the fantastic service he has provided”

Plus lots of compliments that don’t mention a specific name (even a few for us office staff!).

You can see examples of the testimonials we get from customers here on the website. If you have experienced really good service, we’d love to hear from you too. You can send us a message, let us know on Facebook or even complete our customer feedback form.
