“I just had someone come to service my alarm and wanted to say what awesome customer service. The man’s name was Andrew and he was lovely. Not only did he not wince when all my children were talking to him at once at a thousand decibels he was really great with them and even accepted a play doh flower and politely declined a piece of cake from the floor. Well done that man!”
