Home Burglar Alarm Repairs
At best a faulty intruder alarm is annoying. At worst it can leave your home exposed to unnecessary risk and compromise your home insurance should you need to make a claim. Our highly skilled engineers can repair the majority of problems on all types of intruder alarm systems; from common faults such as degraded wires and battery wear to a more complex system refurbishment; we can get your alarm working to full performance again very quickly. Our burglar alarm repair service is available regardless of whether we installed the system or not.
Once your alarm is up and running again we will give you a full handover including our analysis on why the problem might have occurred, how to avoid it happening again and how to operate the system correctly to make sure you’re making maximum use of it. We can also offer an on-going alarm maintenance service to ensure that any minor issues are identified and dealt with and that it’s kept in full working order; lengthening the lifespan of the system. If you are a customer we can offer telephone support and talk you through fixes wherever possible, often avoiding the need for an engineer visit. This service is offered free of charge.
“The Calder Security engineers are very good at talking me through issues over the phone and have assisted me with several things, including a recent incident with interruption to the telephone line. They resolved the problem there and then which meant there was no need for an engineer visit. It’s a real plus point for me that I can pick up the phone and speak directly to a local person without having to go through call centres and speaking to telephone operators rather than skilled engineers.”
