This was some feedback we had recently from a customer after we repaired her burglar alarm. For us, comments like this highlight the fact that a little common courtesy and consideration go a long way.
We firmly believe that it’s not just WHAT we do, it’s HOW we do it: our engineers are not only technically very good at what they do, they’re polite, friendly and considerate too. To us it’s just as important. For a customer to have mentioned it, unprompted, we know that it was important to her too.
Turning up on time, warning you before the alarm goes off, explaining how the alarm works and a general friendly disposition are just the kinds of things that you get as part of the service and they don’t cost anything!
