Customer Case Study: Gateway Homes

In August 2013 Gateway Homes re-located to new premises to the G4 Whitehall Waterfront in Leeds. Having provided security services for the company in its previous premises, Entrada House, we were asked to install a security alarm, access control system and CCTV. The move into the new building was complex with a number of contractors working together to complete the move to a tight deadline.

Group Manager, Clare Painter, who was responsible for the project management of the move commended our engineers, and our office staff, for their roles in making sure the move was successfully undertaken:

They have worked in difficult conditions following contractors around in order to do their job but they have always been totally professional, accommodating and courteous and retained a sense of humour. Gateway Homes had been under pressure from other contractors to switch its security provision to another company but, having been happy with Calder Security in the past Clare was keen to continue the relationship. We appreciated the loyalty and are happy that we could justify it by providing a professional installation as well as on-going services including maintenance and monitoring.
